This ‘Eczema Free Forever’ review is about an amazing eBook that I found on the Internet, which addresses one of the constant annoyances that plagued me during my previous 45 years: eczema.

Rachel Anderson, AuthorI learned in the introduction that 15 million other folks in the USA suffer from eczema just like I do, and that almost 20 percent of infants also get this common skin disease. The author describes how his own 9-year old son was suffering a severe case, which prompted his research and resulting cure.

The most clearly explained version of this disease that I have ever read was found in ‘Chapter 1. What is Eczema?’ No heavy medical jargon and lot of pictures and illustrations!

Chapter 2 goes on in the same vein, and describes the common and not so common types of eczema – all with lots of photos. For each type of eczema, the causes and systems are clearly explained. I found the section on allergens to be of great interest, as I am highly allergic to pollens and what not. I was surprised to learn that so many allergens are known to trigger eczema, even my pet dog’s hair!

Chapter 3. Eczema & Food’ was an eye-opener for me. I had no idea that the only way out from eczema was to improve my immune system, and this chapter explains how to do that by just changing your diet. It also has tips on quickly detoxifying yourself and setting your immune system straight.

Chapter 4 holds the cure, and begins with a three day detox routine followed by a special diet that consists of ingredients found in every supermarket. The ingredients are balanced by their Biocidic (0%), Biostatic (25%), Bioactive (50%) and Biogenic (25%) characteristics. A complete shopping list is provided, so there is no need to understand what ‘biogenic’ even means at first. Sample menus are also provided. My favorite is the raw corn soup with fresh avocado.

Eczema Free ForeverIn Chapter 5, there are many additional eczema cure tips and techniques for sufferers like us. I found out that installing a humidifier in our dry climate helped tremendously with the itching that seems to be seasonal during the dryer winters here. There is even a section on cures for children that don’t rely on diet. That’s great, as you know how fussy they are when it comes to trying new foods. I also tried the tip on taking a homemade oatmeal bath, where directions are given turning ordinary oatmeal into a luxurious soak.

Chapter 6. Cure Eczema with Supplements’ is all about using natural supplements like probiotics, evening primrose & fish oils, as well as other natural supplements employed to beat eczema. I liked the way the author clearly explains things here, being sure to include precise directions for use, as to avoid any problems or confusion. For example, I had no idea what probiotics even were, so the tips made shopping for them all the more easier.

In the author’s concluding and encouraging remarks (in Chapter 7) there are more facts about the program to be followed, and a recap of what has been set out in the book already. It is also mentioned here that itch-free results should be had in about ten days, or a little more or less depending on the person.

Well, in just seven days I noticed relief, and now that my diet is better and I have been using probiotic supplements for a few months, I have to say that this is a miracle cure – and one that involves no expensive prescriptions or frequent trips to the skin doctor for further advice!
